Our STEAM coaches inspire, motivate and thrill the young people they work with. They work with individual children, not just teaching them to code but encouraging them to experiment, problem solve, create and fulfil their potential. Our children are empowered, take pride in their achievements and have opportunities to shine.
We provide a variety of programs for young people aged 7 and up in which we have fun exploring coding, robotics, electronics, engineering, 3D design, animation and more. While technical knowledge is highly regarded, more important is your passion for creativity, innovation and inspiring children to be their best. We do not teach a rote curriculum, but are flexible and open to children’s ideas.
We offer casual positions with flexibility and great potential for growth for the right candidates who are dedicated to supporting our mission of empowering the next generation of pioneers through STEAM-based education.
We are based in Winmalee and Faulconbridge, and also run programs in schools and halls throughout the Blue Mountains, Richmond and Kellyville.
Hours are mostly 3-6pm Monday to Friday, and we offer additional hours during school holidays, weekends and limited hours during the school day.
You must have:
- Experience working with children
- WWC check
- Own transport
- Passion, creativity, flexibility, initiative
Highly regarded:
- Experience with kids with ASD or ADHD
- Experience with coding, robotics and other technology
- First aid qualifications
