Carissa Henriksson

Carissa has over 15 years of teaching experience ranging from K-12, as well as at University level in the U.S., Sweden, and Australia. She has taught predominantly in both natural and social sciences.  She holds a PhD in Education, will soon complete her Master of Teaching Secondary in Australia. Carissa truly enjoys engaging children in learning and exploring their world through investigative and inquiry-based approaches. She is energetic and genuinely cares for the well-being and personal progression of each student in her care. Having three children of her own, she is consistently and thoughtfully engaging with young minds on a daily basis.  Carissa’s WWC is WWC1478051E
